Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique that involves identifying and processing trauma, negative emotions, and psychological issues by focusing on eye positions that correlate with specific neural and emotional experiences. Brainspotting is based on the premise that our eye positions are related to the neural circuits associated with emotions and past experiences stored in the brain. By using a pointer to locate relevant "brainspots" and maintaining focus on them, individuals can access and process deep-seated issues, accelerate healing, and enhance overall well-being.

exposure therapy

Exposure therapy is an approach that supports individuals in confronting and conquering their fears or anxieties. It includes gradually exposing the individual to the feared object or situation within a safe setting, enabling them to develop effective strategies to manage their fears. With consistent and extended exposure, individuals have the opportunity to reassess the actual level of threat, decrease their anxiety reactions, and ultimately diminish the fear connected with the stimulus.
