Welcome to Neuromindset Therapy

Neuromindset Therapy is a neuro-somatic psychotherapy practice anchored in Brainspotting and EMDR, supporting trauma resolution, nervous-system regulation, and performance for individuals who feel capable yet constrained by patterns that don’t shift through insight alone.

Pamella is a licensed clinician with advanced training in trauma-focused, brain-body psychotherapy. Her work integrates Brainspotting, EMDR, and somatic approaches, used collaboratively and paced to each person’s nervous system and clinical needs.

This work supports the brain and nervous system in their natural capacity to process, integrate, and restore flexibility.

Why  Experiential  and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR)

Experiential therapy is an approach that focuses on what you’re feeling and sensing in the moment—not just what you’re thinking or talking about.

EMDR is an experiential, mind-body approach that helps you move beyond insight alone and into deeper internal processing. This work is not about “working out” the problem through overthinking, analyzing, or pushing harder—it is about working inward, where emotional patterns, protective responses, and old beliefs are held.

Many struggles persist not because you lack awareness, but because the nervous system has learned ways to adapt and protect. Through EMDR, relational attunement, and a spiritually grounded framework, therapy can help create space for clarity, regulation, and a stronger connection to your true self.

Why EMDR and Brainspotting:
Why Brainspotting

What is Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that uses eye position, focused attention, and attuned presence to help the nervous system access and process where trauma, stress, and emotional pain may be held.

It teaches us to use the body as a doorway to the mind. By beginning with sensation rather than story, clients often experience deeper trust, somatic relief, and meaningful shifts they can actually feel.

Symptoms such as PTSD, anxiety, emotional reactivity, chronic stress, somatic distress, and creative or performance blocks often persist not because of a lack of insight, but because overwhelming experiences can leave behind unprocessed impressions at a deeper neurological and physiological level.

Brainspotting is inherently relational, collaborative, and rooted in attunement. Rather than directing the process, I am the coauthor and follow the client’s inner experience with  precision. As founder Dr. David Grand says,  “the tail on the comet,” supporting the client’s own healing process as it unfolds.

Within a grounded and regulated therapeutic relationship, Brainspotting allows for deep processing that supports integration, resilience, and lasting change at a faster rate.
